Hi you, nice to meet you on my website with kid-friendly activities in Aix-en-Provence and beyond!

As a new Aixoise and Frenchie, I want to make the most out of our time here in France. In my desire to discover the South of France with hub and two young kids, I would like to provide you with a great go-to for and overview of kid-friendly escapes, from cute play areas to fun day trips. Also I write about cafés and restaurants where you can dare to take your kids to and will share travel ideas. These escapes will be in and around Aix-en-Provence, one of the most beautiful towns in the Provence.

What happiness to be able to explore the Provence, all of us learning to speak French, enjoying the fresh fruits and veggies that just grow here, tasting delicious wines… And oooh, the landscapes, they are breathtaking.

But well, let’s be honest. My kids like a lot of above (NO WINE though ;-), however they need some entertainment as well from time to time. For that reason I am always trying to find some activities that offer joy to all of us. However I have to admit that at the start of our adventure I had some trouble finding them. After gathering a year of experiences and lots of exchanging ideas with my new parent friends, I have got a cute collection. Parents always need to be relieved of unnecessary time-wasting activities, so therefore I started my blog called ‘Provence with kids’. This saves you mums and dads lots of precious time!
