La Pizza, Aix
OK, what DOES your kid want to eat? When I ask my kids for dinner inspiration it goes in this order… pancakes, fries or pizza. I never hear them ask for veggies, but I assume that more kids have this kind of appetite ;-). There is plenty of pizza choice in Aix, but I can really recommend our favorite. La Pizza is located in the centre of Aix and has a lot of tables outside. Besides that, La Pizza makes cute heart shaped pizzas for kids.
La Pizza is in our hearts because it was the first restaurant we ate when we decided to move to Aix. In a charming setting like that, with delicious pizzas and a cold bottle of local rosé (before we hardly ordered a bottle), we fell even more in love with Aix. Oh, and with each other too :-), we got married soon after…
We recently visited La Pizza with our children, they were in pizza paradise. Their kids menu got them their favorite sirop de menthe, which is an extremely green colored peppermint water. The best was their pizza, it was of a perfect size and in the shape of a heart. Really cute! The setting on the street offered them a bit of space to move their legs a bit (though still some motorcycles and garbage trucks that drove around) and to make some of their usual noise. You know what I mean.
So if you are up for a dinner in town and you want to be sure your kid will eat something and feels welcome, La Pizza and their cute heart shaped pizzas for kids is a winner! La Pizza doesn’t have a website, but check their Facebook page for more info.
